On September 16, the Usyk Foundation together with the BGV Charity Fund joined forces and people to raise funds to support defenders on the front line.
About 100 guests gathered at the charity event "Dinner with the Champion" to personally talk with Oleksandr Usyk, hear about the "behind the scenes of the championship" and support fundraising for the 95th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade - for our incredible guys who are protecting each of us on the front line in the east of the country today, our children and our right for freedom, who are recapturing every centimeter of our native Ukrainian land.
Thanks to the donations of the guests of the event, we managed to collect UAH 284,000.
These funds will be transferred to the BGV Charitable Fund for the purchase of warm clothes for our defenders - thermal underwear, sleeping bags, fleece jackets etc. The Foundation will report on the transfer of warm assistance on its page.
